PAYMENT OPTIONS AT BODY OF HEALTH:

There are a variety of ways to finance your care at Body of Health Chiropractic and Wellness Center. Our belief is that everybody deserves to experience the power of chiropractic and massage care. While it is our policy that payment is due at the time of service, there are a number of ways that we are making this easier for you:

Time of Service Discount - Just because payment is required at the time of service it doesn't mean that we can't thank you for making your payment. New patient examinations (regular $95) are $70 when you pay at the time of service. All other services are a flat fee of $45 regardless of the type or number of services provided when you pay at the time of service. This makes an initial visit $115 and each follow up visit $45. (This applies to chiropractic services only and does not include co-pays, co-insurance, or product purchases)

Insurance - As a courtesy to our patients we will bill your health insurance for your chiropractic services. Ultimately, you are responsible for the charges that you incur for care but many health insurance policies will cover some or all of these expenses. Our friendly staff will help you to determine what your chiropractic benefits are and will submit bills to the insurance company making the process virtually effortless for you.

In the state of Oregon drivers are required to carry Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage. This allows you to receive health care following a Motor Vehicle Accident for up to one year following your accident. This includes chiropractic care. A referral is not necessary.

Oregon employers are required to carry Worker's Compensation insurance which will cover your care in the event that you are injured on the job. Chiropractic care is one of your options for care and like Personal Injury cases, a referral is not necessary.
