Entry #5 – Berry Fluff

Berry Fluff:

1 pkg Sugar Free Jell-O (Raspberry or Wild Berry)
1 pint Fat Free Sour Cream
8 oz Carton Fat Free or Light Whipped Topping/Cool Whip
12 oz or 2 heaping cups of Frozen Berries

Boil 1 cup water. Stir in Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Stir in sour cream, fold in cool whip and frozen berries.. Chill until firm and spoon into glass dish & garnish with a few berries or Freeze in a loaf pan and slice to serve thawing slightly to unmold. 8 servings. (WW 2 points per serving)
