Cheese Dunk

2 c low-fat cottage cheese, drained of excess liquid
1 c grated reduced fat cheddar cheese
2 oz crumbled blue cheese
2 T light mayo
1 T yellow mustard
1 T horseradish (or to taste)
1/8 t pepper
4 green onions, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients well and serve with celery, sliced apple, pear, or your favorite whole grain crackers and enjoy without guilt!
