The Process

The process consists of 7 parts.

  1. We will sit down and discuss your goals and what you want to accomplish through nutrition. I want to know what motivates you to change, your attitudes about food and the kinds of foods you do and don’t like to eat.
  2. I customize a plan to suit your needs taking into account your personal health history and the information collected during our initial consultation. This will be YOUR plan, developed to accomplish your goals.
  3. We meet and discuss the plan. I will help you develop strategies to implement the plan. I will develop a customized shopping list and resources for recipes. We will establish a plan for communication and support for when you start the plan.
  4. There is a preparation period where you can store away or get rid of foods that are not part of your plan. It is also a time to surround yourself with the foods and other tools to make yourself successful. This is one week before you actually begin.
  5. We meet the day before you begin to answer any questions and review your plans for success. We review the communication and support plan.
  6. During the next few weeks I will support you via text message, email, phone calls, live visits or however you need. I will be there to support you every step of the way.
  7. At the end of the plan period we will meet to discuss how you have changed, what you have learned, where you are with your goals and what comes next. I will give you strategies to have long term success in this lifestyle change.
